Directory information
We work to verify listings, but events can change, move, sell out, be postponed or be cancelled. Always check the official organiser or ticket source before travelling or spending money.
Submissions and artwork
When you submit event information or artwork, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it for use in the CardShowIndex listing and related directory presentation. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Organiser profiles
Claim links are only for authorised organisers. Material event changes remain verification-gated even after a profile is claimed.
Sponsorship
Payment reserves inventory only. Nothing goes live until the CardShowIndex team approves the booking and creative. Creative changes may require fresh approval.
Acceptable use and external services
Do not submit knowingly false information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Ticketing, mapping, social and checkout links are third-party services with their own terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep CardShowIndex available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that third-party event information will never change.
