Information we receive
We may receive contact details and event information from show submissions, organiser claims and sponsor bookings, plus uploaded artwork and basic technical or analytics data.
How we use information
We use it to operate and secure CardShowIndex, verify listings, communicate about submissions and organiser claims, administer sponsorship and improve the service.
Public directory information
Organiser names, official business links, logos and event details are intended to be public. Private contact details supplied through forms are not automatically published.
Shopify and service providers
Sponsor checkout is handed to Shopify. We may also use hosting, email, analytics, storage, mapping and research providers where needed to provide or secure the service.
Retention, security and UK rights
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose, audit/security needs and legal obligations. UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
